Kristy at the front desk does a superior job. Dr Oei is always knowledgable, smart, and very concerned about my health.
This was follow-up visit by phone because my video wouldn''t work. Dr. Oei spent an inordinate amount of time the day before trying to get me set up for video visit. I was amazed at her patience and the time she spent with me just trying to get set up (because of Coronavirus)
Dr. Oei and I discussed the questions and fears of this unusual time I am so comforted to have her as my doctor.
Doctor Oei is unique. I've said this before and will always say it. She is no different than she was 7 years ago. She is one of the most caring doctor/persons I've ever met and so grateful to have her as my doctor. She does't take new patents anymore because she has moved up the ladder with other duties, but only sees the patents she has been treating for years. Again I am so lucky. If she isn't available I see the PA Jennifer who is just as great as Doctor Oei so what does that tell you about their practice. The office is run like a navy ship and looks it. The office and nurses are top notch. I'm sure it's because Dr. Oei is in charge. They are the Superbowl team.
