WakeMed Healthworks participates with SilverSneakers®, Silver&Fit®, and Renew Active™ insurance-based exercise programs.

Our SilverSneakers®, Silver&Fit®, and Renew Active™ memberships are entirely independent exercise programs that includes an equipment orientation, full use of our exercise facility on your own, and a complete schedule of on-land group exercise classes. These memberships do NOT include one-on-one sessions with a trainer or access to a pool.
Please park in the Healthworks/Health Park parking lot. Parking is free when using the fitness center. If you have a handicap-accessible parking tag, you can park in front of the building, where there are a limited number of accessible parking spaces. Parking passes will be provided upon joining.
Healthworks’ operating hours are Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 7 pm and Fridays from 5 am to 6 pm
Prior to beginning your exercise program you will be asked to complete a health history questionnaire and liability waiver. Download and fill out your Health History Screening Questionnaire & Waiver, then take to your physician for medical approval. Once you receive approval, bring the signed and completed documents to Healthworks. You will then be eligible to sign up for your equipment orientationYou will then be eligible to sign up for your equipment orientation.
